产学研联盟作为合作创新的重要方式,对于提高行业的技术创新水平具有重要的战略意义。本文基于战略联盟合作伙伴选择的3C原则,根据产学研联盟的特殊性及农业装备制造业的实际需求,将定性分析与定量分析相结合,探索性地应用AHP及模糊综合评价法构建农业装备制造业产学研联盟伙伴选择的评价体系,旨在为联盟的构建提供研究依据。
As an important way of cooperative innovation, the alliance of production, learning and research has important strategic significance for raising the level of technological innovation in the industry. Based on the 3C principle selected by strategic alliance partners, according to the particularity of industry-university-research alliance and the actual demand of agricultural equipment manufacturing industry, combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this paper explores the application of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to construct agricultural equipment manufacturing The evaluation system selected by the industry, academia and research coalition partners aims to provide a research basis for the construction of the alliance.
