重量是飞机的顶层参数,重量估算水平对整个飞机型号至关重要。研究了一种快速、精确的机身重量估算方法,将参数化几何建模和有限元分析方法相结合,快速地建立机身结构有限元模型,初步选择了结构尺寸。利用该方法估算已有机型的机身重量,并对新型布局的机身重量进行估算。结果表明,该方法可以在方案设计阶段对机身重量进行快速、准确的估算,且能评估材料与结构布局参数对机身重量的影响。
Weight is the top level of the aircraft and weight estimation is crucial to the entire aircraft model. A fast and accurate method of estimating the weight of the fuselage is studied. By combining the method of parametric geometric modeling and the finite element analysis, a finite element model of the fuselage structure is established rapidly and the structural dimensions are selected initially. Use this method to estimate the body weight of existing models and estimate the body weight of the new layout. The results show that this method can estimate body weight fast and accurately during the design stage and evaluate the effect of material and structure layout parameters on body weight.
