目的优选菟丝子盐蒸制的最佳炮制工艺,为企业大批量生产提供依据。方法采用L9(34)正交设计表安排实验,以金丝桃苷、槲皮素、水溶性浸出物为测定指标,以闷润时间,蒸制时间,盐溶液浓度,烘干温度为考察因素,采用多指标综合评分法优选盐菟丝子的最佳炮制工艺。结果本实验所得的盐菟丝子的最佳炮制工艺为A1B2C1D3,即采用浓度为2%的盐溶液,闷润24h,蒸制5h,并在120℃下烘干。结论此法优选的盐菟丝子工艺稳定、合理、可行,能较好的保证炮制品的质量。
Objective To optimize the processing technology of dodder salt steaming to provide basis for mass production of enterprises. Methods L9 (34) orthogonal design table was used to arrange the experiment. Hyperoside, quercetin and water-soluble extract were taken as the measuring indexes. The time of soaking, the steaming time, the concentration of salt solution and the drying temperature were taken as the investigation factors , Using the multi-index comprehensive scoring method to optimize the best processing technology of dodder. Results The best processing technology of the salt dodder was A1B2C1D3. The solution was salt solution with concentration of 2%, stuffy for 24h, steamed for 5h and dried at 120 ℃. Conclusion This method is the preferred salt dodder technology stable, reasonable and feasible, can better ensure the quality of processed products.
