目的利用现代信息技术研究海南省应急药品储备信息系统建设的可行性和技术规范。方法结合国际互联网技术,采用B/S(浏览器/服务器)与C/S(客户端/服务器)相结合的技术架构创建一个以二、三级综合医院和药品供应商为服务对象的应急药品知识信息和储备信息区域共享平台。结果制订了本系统基础信息标准,实现了如下功能:多渠道多方式数据采集、应急药品知识展现、图表生成制作、数据分析预测。结论平台的建立实现了真正意义上的区域化的应急药品信息资源共享,为我省应对台风自然灾害、热带病流行爆发及其他公共卫生事件创造了有利条件。
Objective To study the feasibility and technical specifications of the construction of emergency medicine reserve information system in Hainan Province by using modern information technology. Methods Combining with the Internet technology, a B / S (browser / server) and C / S (client / server) technology architecture was used to create a contingency drug that is targeted at second and third level general hospitals and drug suppliers Knowledge information and reserve information area sharing platform. Results The basic information standard of the system was formulated and the following functions were fulfilled: multi-channel and multi-mode data collection, knowledge display of emergency medicine, production of charts, data analysis and prediction. Conclusion The establishment of the platform has realized the truly regional sharing of emergency drug information resources and created favorable conditions for the province to cope with the natural disasters of the typhoon, the outbreak of tropical diseases and other public health incidents.
