乌申斯基说:“教育的主要目的在于使学生获得幸福,不能为任何不相干的利益牺牲这种幸福,这一点当然是毋须置疑的。”让每一个学生都拥有幸福感应是我们教育者的追求。我们一定要充分挖掘学生身上的正能量,让每一个学生都能有一种积极向上的心态与强大的动力,这样也就促进了班集体的健康发展。笔者认为,构建幸福班集体应从以下五方面入手:一、和谐的师生关系,是构建幸福班集体的前提建立和谐的师生关系,是实施幸福教育的前提。
