船舶舱室中使用大量涂料,这些涂料在使用过程中不断地向舱室内释放有害气体,从而使船舶环境舱舱室空气受到污染。本文建立了热脱附-气相色谱/质谱法测定船舶用涂料释放有害气体的检测方法。将船用涂料刷于铝板上并晾干30d后,置于不锈钢密闭容器中进行密封,在25℃、50℃温度下进行加热并保持72h。以填装TenaxTA吸附剂的采样管对密闭容器中释放的有害气体进行富集,以热脱附系统对浓缩采样管进行脱附,气相色谱/质谱仪(GC/MS)进行分析,共定性检测到烃类、醛类、酮类等挥发性有机物。
