地铁作为城市轨道交通的重要组成部分,已经得到广大市民的认可。而随着客流量的逐渐提升,也对承担着指挥列车日常收发和安排施工管理的段、场内的信号楼工作提出了更高的要求。本文以信号楼的日常工作为立脚点,并结合天津地铁几年来信号楼内所处理的各种事件及事故的相关经验,从信号楼职责、行车管理接口工作现状、安全预防措施等几个方面,逐步进行阐述,为更好地发挥信号楼的协调指挥作用,提高工作效率避免出错率提供积极参考。
