In order to achieve sustainable competitive advantage, enterprises must attach importance to talents and give full play to the role of talents. High-tech talent in oilfield enterprises can be divided into competition-type high-skilled personnel, dumb-type learning talents and experienced talents to play the role of highly-skilled personnel to improve the evaluation incentive mechanism, build a platform and give play to the creative ability of highly-skilled personnel.
