例1:女性,19岁.生后7天面部出现持续红斑.以鼻颧部明显.日晒后红斑范围扩大,重时可有红肿、脱皮,数天后缓解.5岁起双手于活动时出现震颤.反应迟钝、智力低下,发育差于同龄儿童.15岁月经初潮,此后生长发育稍快.体检:营养发育稍差.对答切题但迟缓。身高146.5cm.体重40kg。面部蝶形暗红斑伴毛细血管扩张.间有1～5mm的咖啡斑及细糠样脱屑.左上肢长67cm.右上肢长68.5cm,左下肢长87cm,右下肢长
