通过在田间小麦生长的拔节、孕穗、扬花期分别接种小麦叶锈菌混合菌种,研究了不同侵染时期对慢叶锈性组分和产量因素的影响。结果表明,接种时期对潜育期、侵染效率、产孢速率和夏孢子堆大小和小麦产量因素的表现没有显著影响,说明小麦品种的慢叶锈性表现在整个生育阶段,是抗侵入、抗定殖、抗扩展和抗繁殖等多种抗性因素的综合表现,田间小麦品种上叶锈病的发生早晚对慢叶锈性的表现没有影响。
The effects of different infection stages on the components and yield components of slow leaf rust were studied by inoculating the mixed wheat leaf rust fungi in the field of wheat at jointing, booting and flowering stages.
