目前,大多数企业的客户服务与商务运作分开,商务与办公互相独立,Internet应用与传统的商务脱节。出现这些问题的根本原因在于,企业的计算机网络和语音通信网络是互相独立的。要解决这一问题,就必须把计算机网络和通信网络集成起来,创造出一个新型的商业平台。实现这种集成的关键是应用统一消息技术和IVR(Interactive VoiceResponse,交互式语音应答)技术。
At present, most enterprises have separate customer service and business operations, business and office are independent of each other, and Internet applications are out of touch with traditional business. The root cause of these problems is that the enterprise’s computer network and voice communications network are independent of each other. To solve this problem, we must integrate the computer network with the communication network to create a new type of commercial platform. The key to this integration is the use of unified messaging technology and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) technology.
