在连续流动的固定床反应装置上,考察ZSM5 、TRA 及ZSM5 - TRA 分子筛催化剂的多烷基苯气相烷基转移催化性能。结果表明,与单纯的ZSM5 和TRA 分子筛催化剂相比,ZSM5 - TRA 二元分子筛催化剂具有更优良的多烷基苯烷基转移催化性能( 活性高,选择性好) 。同时采用NH3 - TPD 及Py- IR 方法表征部分催化剂的酸性。
In a continuous flow fixed bed reactor, the catalytic performance of the gas phase transalkylation of polyalkylbenzenes over ZSM5, TRA and ZSM5 - TRA zeolites was investigated. The results show that the ZSM5 - TRA binary molecular sieve catalyst has better polyalkylbenzene transalkylation (higher activity and selectivity) than pure ZSM5 and TRA zeolites. NH3 - TPD and Py-IR methods were used to characterize the acidity of some catalysts.
