针对H.264标准,提出一种改进的I帧量化参数(QP)设置算法,以梯度算子来衡量I帧编码复杂度,并由此得到I帧的码率-量化(R-QP)模型.仿真结果表明,改进算法在峰值信噪比(PSNR)性能和码率控制的准确度上均有提高,能获得更为平滑的PSNR曲线图和视觉质量.将此算法应用于场景变换时,跳帧数目大幅度减少,视频质量得到进一步提高.
According to the H.264 standard, an improved I-frame quantization parameter (QP) setting algorithm is proposed to measure the complexity of I-frame coding with gradient operator, and the I-frame rate-quantization The simulation results show that the improved algorithm can improve the PSNR performance and rate control accuracy, and obtain smoother PSNR curve and visual quality.When this algorithm is applied to scene transformation, The number of frame skipping has been greatly reduced and the video quality has been further improved.
