据近3年我院儿科门诊病例统计及参加儿童龋病普查统计患病率为58％。由此可见，大力开展学龄儿重保健、预防龋病，是我国社会主义制度下卫生事业的重要任务。通过几年的门诊治疗及普查中的预防观察，使我们体会到，预防牙病的有效方法应从孕期开始，才能确保儿童正常的生长发育
According to the statistics of pediatric outpatient cases in our hospital in recent 3 years and the prevalence of census enrolled in children's caries was 58%. Thus it can be seen that vigorously promoting school-age children's re-health and preventing dental caries is an important task of our country's health undertaking under the socialist system. Through several years of outpatient treatment and preventive observation in censuses, we have realized that effective methods of preventing dental problems should start from pregnancy to ensure the normal growth and development of children
