正常胰腺在MSCT冠状面上的长度测量及其意义

目的测量正常胰腺在(MSCT)冠状面上的长度值,为胰腺MSCT灌注方法的选择提供依据。资料与方法搜集282例(胰腺正常)行MSCT上腹部平扫+双期增强扫描患者资料,依据患者性别、年龄随机分成4组。对所有患者在MSCT工作站上横断位、冠状位及矢状位上界定胰腺的上下缘,测量出胰腺冠状面长度值,并对4组间结果行统计学分析。结果胰腺的最上缘因形态不同可为胰头、胰体或胰尾,其最下缘多为钩突。胰腺在冠状面上长度值为4.3~12.0 cm,长度均值为(8.6064±1.2012)cm,与患者的性别、年龄有关。男性略长于女性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随年龄的增长,胰腺冠状面长度有所减少,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胰腺冠状面长度进行界定、测量,可为胰腺疾病的灌注扫描提供重要的参照依据。 Objective To measure the length of coronal plane of normal pancreas (MSCT) and provide evidence for the selection of MSCT perfusion in pancreas. Materials and Methods 282 patients (normal pancreas) were enrolled in this study. The data of MSCT and MSCT were divided into 4 groups randomly according to their gender and age. All patients in the MSCT workstation on the transverse position, coronal and sagittal upper and lower edge of the pancreas to define the value of the coronal plane of the pancreas, and statistical analysis of the results between the four groups. Results The top of the pancreas due to different morphological pancreatic head, pancreatic body or tail, the most inferior edge of the hook. The length of the pancreas in the coronal plane ranged from 4.3 to 12.0 cm and the mean length of the pancreas was (8.6064 ± 1.2012) cm, which was related to the gender and age of the patients. There was no significant difference between male and female (P> 0.05). With the increase of age, the length of coronal plane of pancreas decreased and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The definition and measurement of the coronal plane length of the pancreas can provide important reference for perfusion scanning of pancreatic diseases.
