目的研究南山茶叶中的化学成分。方法对南山茶叶体积分数95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取物采用各种色谱法进行分离,根据波谱学数据和理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果从南山茶叶中分离并得到了10个化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素(1)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(3)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-芸香糖苷(4)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、东莨菪素(6)、茵芋苷(7)、羽扇豆烷醇(8)、β-谷甾醇(9)和胡萝卜苷(10)。结论化合物1~8均为首次从南山茶叶中分离得到,其中化合物2~8为首次从山茶属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Nanshan tea. Methods The ethyl acetate extract of 95% ethanol extract of Nanshan tea was separated by various chromatographic methods. The structure was identified by spectroscopic data and physical and chemical properties. Results Ten compounds were isolated from Nanshan tea and identified as quercetin (1), quercetin -3-O-β-D-glucoside (2), quercetin -3-O-β (3), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-rutinoside (4), kaempferol-3-O- β -D- glucoside (5), scopolamine 6), jasmine (7), lupine alkanol (8), beta-sitosterol (9) and daucosterol (10). Conclusion Compounds 1 to 8 were isolated from Nanshan tea for the first time, of which compounds 2 to 8 were isolated from the genus Camellia for the first time.
