用不同浓度(1.25~100μg/ml)的羧甲基获苓多糖(CMP)对类淋巴细胞的干扰素促诱生,其效价比常规诱生组高10~20倍,CMP的促诱生最适浓度为25~50μg/ml,可见该药物是理想的干扰素促诱生剂。用50μg/ml浓度的CMP对本室自建的S_(801)白血病细胞系进行干扰素促诱生动力学试验,结果表明CMP加启动的促诱生动态曲线和常规诱生及启动诱生干扰素的动态曲线均在4~20小时逐渐上升,20~24小时达高峰,后逐渐下降,但在各相应时期的促诱生干扰素效价均明显高于常规诱生及启动诱生。促诱生效应的最佳时间在20~24小时。
Different concentrations (1.25~100μg/ml) of carboxymethylated glycosides (CMP) stimulated the interferon-like stimulation of lymphoid cells, and its titer was 10-20 times higher than that of conventional induced cells. The optimal concentration is 25-50 μg/ml, which shows that the drug is an ideal interferon-promoting agent. The interferon-promoted kinetics of S_(801) leukemia cell line established in our laboratory was performed with CMP of 50 μg/ml. The results showed that the CMP plus activated pro-induction dynamic curve and conventional induction and initiation induced interferon The dynamic curves gradually increased in 4 to 20 hours, peaked in 20 to 24 hours, and then decreased gradually. However, the elicited elicited interferon titers were significantly higher than those of conventional induction and start-up induction in each corresponding period. The best time to promote the induction effect is 20-24 hours.
