背景:观察&等待策略给放化疗后达到临床完全缓解(clinical complete response,cCR)的直肠癌患者提供了非创伤性的治疗选择。本研究的目的在于分析这种策略相比手术切除的远期临床疗效。方法:研究纳入来自3个中心的接受新辅助放化疗后达到cCR的Ⅱ/Ⅲ期直肠腺癌患者。cCR的评估基于直肠指诊、结肠镜和影像学检查。接受观察&等待策略的患者与接受根治性切除术的患者按照1:1比例进行倾向评分匹配分析。采用Kaplan-Meier法分析生存情况,并采用Log-rank检验进行两组间
