介绍一种多台起重机防撞保护系统,阐述其系统组成及原理,给出了多台起重机之间防撞的算法。用绝对值光电编码器和无线网络技术监控门座起重机位置,通过主机PLC程序控制,实现多台起重机防撞保护。该方案与现有定位方案比较,其精度为毫米级别,高于GPS方案(亚米级别),但成本约为GPS方案的1/5。系统扩展方便,若该区域需要增加新的起重机,只需将新起重机接入无线网络。加装此套系统后,可精确监控系统内多台起重机状态,实现多台起重机防撞,优化了以往仅靠人工监测的作业方法,可提高生产安全性,增加生产效率,降低司机作业强度。
A multi-crane collision avoidance protection system is introduced. The system composition and principle are described. The algorithm of collision avoidance among several cranes is given. Monitor the position of door crane with absolute photoelectric encoder and wireless network technology, and realize the collision avoidance protection of multiple cranes through the host PLC program control. The program compared with the existing positioning scheme, the accuracy of the millimeter level, higher than the GPS program (sub-level), but the cost is about 1/5 of the GPS solution. Easy to expand system, if the area needs to add a new crane, simply the new crane access to the wireless network. The installation of this system can accurately monitor the state of multiple cranes in the system and realize the collision avoidance of multiple cranes. It has optimized the operation methods that rely on manual monitoring in the past, which can improve the production safety, increase the production efficiency and reduce the workload of drivers.
