一、引言温度测量与控制是工业过程中的一个重要方面。到目前为止,我国在过程控制中,大多采用模拟 PID 调节器或其他一些电子调节器。近年来,一些企业已引进了数字 PID 调节器。微处理机引入到控制仪表中,在很大程度上引起了传统 PID 调节器的变化,这种变化主要表现在以下两个方面:1)借助于编程,同一个调节器可应用于许多不同的过程,从而形成更为通用的调节器。2)增加控制算法的复杂性,使比 PID 更复杂的算法有可能实现。本文提出并已实现的控制器是一个采用 Intel 8039单片微处理机设计的实用模糊控制
I. INTRODUCTION Temperature measurement and control is an important aspect of industrial processes. So far, most of the process control in our country use analog PID regulator or some other electronic regulator. In recent years, some companies have introduced a digital PID regulator. The introduction of microprocessors into control instrumentation has largely contributed to the changes of traditional PID regulators. The changes are mainly reflected in the following two aspects: 1) With the help of programming, the same regulator can be applied to many different Process, thus forming a more general regulator. 2) Increasing the complexity of control algorithms makes it possible to implement more complex algorithms than PIDs. The controller proposed and implemented in this paper is a practical fuzzy controller designed with Intel 8039 microprocessor
