本文研究的是跆拳道中重量训练对中学生身体素质的影响探究。研究对象是以吉林大学附属中学力旺校区30位初中一年级跆拳道学生为受试者;进行8周的重量训练课程,每周2次,每次40—45分钟;测试跆拳道重量训练前30位同学身体素质的各项数据,与重量训练后所测数据进行对比;抽取肌耐力,柔韧性,肺活量等项目的数据作为基本参数,所得到的参数都取全部样本的平均值,最后计算出测试前后的数据的平均值对比训练前后改变的差异得出结论 ;结果发现:肺活量检测数据提升幅度不是很明显,其他几种身体素质的测试均有显著的提升的效果;从而得出重量训练可以作为初中一年级跆拳道学生提升身体素质的训练选项之一。
This article studies the impact of weight training in Taekwondo on middle school students’ physical fitness. The subjects were 30 first-grade junior high school Tae Kwon Do students in Liwang Campus, Jilin Province Affiliated High School. Subjects were given eight-week weight training twice a week for 40-45 minutes. The data of students’ physical fitness were compared with the data measured after weight training. The data of muscle endurance, flexibility, vital capacity and other items were taken as the basic parameters. The obtained parameters were averaged from all the samples and the final test The results showed that the improvement of the data of spirometry was not obvious, and the test of several other physical qualities had a significant improvement effect. It was concluded that weight training can be used as One of the training options for Taekwondo students to improve their physique in junior high school.
