目的:比较4种中成药的现行标准中的不同提取方法对测定中成药中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量的影响。方法:样品分别以石油醚、甲醇为溶剂,采用超声提取或索氏提取方法;采用HPLC法测定,色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸(60∶38∶2),检测波长为294 nm。结果:在回收率方面甲醇超声提取法高于甲醇索氏提取法,甲醇索氏提取法高于石油醚索氏提取法及超声提取法;样品中和厚朴酚/厚朴酚比值为0.304~2.669。结论:甲醇超声法为测定最优提取方法;和厚朴酚/厚朴酚比值不同的原因是药材基源不同。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of different extraction methods on the determination of honokiol and honokiol in traditional Chinese medicines based on four kinds of proprietary Chinese medicines. Methods: The samples were separated by petroleum ether and methanol using ultrasonic extraction or Soxhlet extraction. The column was Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) by HPLC. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water-ice Acetic acid (60:38:2), detection wavelength of 294 nm. Results: In terms of recovery rate, the ultrasonic extraction method of methanol was higher than Soxhlet extraction of methanol, Soxhlet extraction of methanol was higher than Soxhlet extraction of petroleum ether and ultrasonic extraction method. The ratio of honokiol / honokiol in samples was 0.304 ~ 2.669. CONCLUSION: Methanol ultrasonic method is the best method for the determination of the extract. The reason why the ratio of honokiol to honokiol is different is that the medicinal materials have different sources.
