小红花激励制度由来已久,这种激励制度曾受到师生的广泛好评。但是随着时代的发展,小红花激励制度中的缺陷日渐凸显。例如,有的学生因为失去小红花而表现出强烈的逆反心理,有的学生以获取小红花作为自身单一的行为目标等。这些负面效果不免遭人诟病,但我认为,在推行教育改革的今天,完全否定小红花激励制度是有失偏颇的。下面以我班为例,探讨一下小红花激励制度的科学应用。一、合理制定激励制度学生到底需要怎样的教育环境,需 Clover system has a long history, this incentive system has been widely acclaimed teachers and students.
