研究了不同稀土元素(RE)添加量对Al-10Sr中间合金组织的影响以及新型Al-10Sr-RE中间合金在Al-Si中的应用。结果表明:在Al-10Sr中间合金的基础上添加稀土(RE)元素能明显改善Al-10Sr中Al_4Sr相的形貌,即随着RE含量增加,Al_4Sr的形貌由针状向块状转变,当RE添加量达到4%(质量分数)时,Al_4Sr相完全成为块状。最佳RE添加量为4%,由此成功制备出了Al-10Sr-4RE中间合金变质剂。对Al-20Si合金的实际应用表明,初晶硅晶粒尺寸分布趋于均匀,晶粒较普通Al-10Sr变质剂减小1倍。
The effects of different rare earth elements (RE) on the microstructure of Al-10Sr master alloy and the application of Al-10Sr-RE master alloy in Al-Si were studied. The results show that the addition of rare earth element (RE) to Al-10Sr master alloy can obviously improve the morphology of Al 4 Sr phase in Al-10Sr. With the increase of RE content, the morphology of Al 4 Sr changes from acicular to block, When the amount of RE added reaches 4% (mass fraction), the Al 4 S phase completely becomes massive. The optimal amount of RE added was 4%, which resulted in the successful preparation of Al-10Sr-4RE master alloy modifier. The practical application of Al-20Si alloy shows that the primary crystal grain size distribution tends to be uniform, and the grain size is reduced by 1 time compared with that of the ordinary Al-10Sr modifier.
