噻吗心安(1×10~(-4)M)对 Na~+-K~+-ATP 酶或 Mg~+-ATP 酶均无抑制作用,对氧消耗、葡萄糖代谢及乳酸生成亦无影响。噻吗心安(10×10~(-3)M)对前列腺素 E_2,F_2,0α的生物合成亦无影响。经用~(85)Sr 放射性微球测定眼血流量,发现用0.25%噻吗心安滴眼后,虹膜根部睫状体及脉络膜血流量显著减少。另取兔虹膜根部睫状体在人工房水液中温育30分钟,然后测定儿茶酚胺的含量。在温育中如加入噻吗心安(1×10~(-5)—1×10~(-4)M),则使多巴胺含量显著降
Timolol (1 × 10 -4 M) had no inhibitory effect on Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase or Mg ~ + -ATPase, and had no effect on oxygen consumption, glucose metabolism and lactate production. Thiomoxin (10 × 10 -3 M) also had no effect on the biosynthesis of prostaglandin E 2 and F 2 O α. The ocular blood flow was measured with ~ (85) Sr radioactive microspheres and found that the ciliary body and choroidal blood flow were significantly reduced at the root of iris with 0.25% timolol.
