波形钢板的设计对波形钢腹板混凝土组合梁的抗剪设计具有重要意义。在总结了波形钢板剪切屈曲强度计算方法的基础上,给出了剪切荷载作用下波形钢板的设计原则和验算方法;导出了波形钢板剪切屈曲设计中板厚与板高的临界关系,并针对波形钢腹板混凝土组合梁设计中普遍应用的1600型波形钢板,提出了波形钢板抗剪设计的方法;结合南京长江第四大桥北接线滁河大桥中波形钢腹板的设计实例,对该设计方法进行了验证。结果表明该方法可以为1600型波形钢腹板几何控制参数的设计提供参考。提出的设计方法可以推广应用于其他型号波形钢板的设计。
The design of corrugated steel sheet is of great significance to the shear design of corrugated steel web concrete composite beam. Based on the calculation of shear buckling strength of corrugated steel plate, the design principle and checking method of corrugated steel plate under shear load are given. The critical relationship between plate thickness and plate height in shear buckling design of corrugated steel plate is derived. In order to solve the design problem of corrugated steel webs in the design of corrugated steel webs, the design method of corrugated steel webs is proposed in this paper. Based on the design examples of corrugated steel webs in Chuhe Bridge with the fourth connection of the fourth Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge, This design method has been verified. The results show that this method can provide a reference for the design of geometric control parameters of 1600 corrugated steel webs. The proposed design method can be applied to the design of other types of corrugated steel plate.
