以贝壳为原材料,制备了贝壳粉以及贝壳粉为钙源的羟基磷灰石材料。采用制备的两种贝壳基材料与两种商品化的螯合树脂进行对比研究,考察四种材料对铅、镉、铬、铜四种重金属的脱除性能,对不同p H,吸附平衡时间以及金属离子浓度下对应的吸附量进行了研究。并对四种材料的吸附动力学性质和吸附等温线进行了分析。结果表明:四种材料在p H为7时脱除重金属效果最佳,贝壳粉和羟基磷灰石材料的吸附平衡时间为60 min,是商品化树脂吸附平衡时间的三分之一。四种材料中贝壳基羟基磷灰石对四种重金属都具有最高的吸附量,对铅、镉、铬、铜的平衡吸附量达到20.0、2.5、9.5和7.5 mg/g。采用羟基磷灰石对贝肉蒸煮液中重金属进行了脱除研究,对铅、铬、镉、铜的脱除率分别达到109.88%、51.68%、76.02%、52.17%。与商品化树脂相比,贝壳基材料对重金属离子具有更优的吸附效果。
Shellfish as raw material, shellfish powder and shellfish powder prepared as the calcium source of hydroxyapatite material. The prepared two kinds of shell-based materials and two commercial chelating resins were compared to study the four kinds of lead, cadmium, chromium, copper removal of four heavy metals, different p H, adsorption equilibrium time and The corresponding amount of metal ion concentration adsorption was studied. The adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherms of four materials were also analyzed. The results showed that the removal efficiency of heavy metals was the best when p H was 7, and the adsorption equilibrium time of shell powder and hydroxyapatite was 60 min, which was one third of the equilibrium time of commercial resin adsorption. Among the four materials, shell hydroxyapatite has the highest adsorption capacity for all four heavy metals, and the equilibrium adsorption capacities of lead, cadmium, chromium and copper are 20.0, 2.5, 9.5 and 7.5 mg / g. The removal of heavy metals from shellfish cooking liquor by hydroxyapatite was studied. The removal rates of lead, chromium, cadmium and copper reached 109.88%, 51.68%, 76.02% and 52.17% respectively. Compared with commercial resins, shell-based materials have better adsorption effect on heavy metal ions.
