本研究以高羊茅爱瑞3号为材料,用60Co-r射线照射干种子和分化苗,研究其适宜诱变剂量及性状变异。结果表明,出苗率和植株存活率随照射剂量增加而降低,干种子适宜诱变剂量为100~150Gy,分化苗适宜诱变剂量为20~25Gy;辐射当代材料在植株形态性状和耐旱(寒)性状上均发生了明显变异,其变异频率分别为1.52%~8.33%、1.52%~1.85%;60Co-r射线辐射可以获得叶片变小、变细且具有耐旱(寒)特性的高羊茅突变体;RAPD(随机PCR扩增)分析显示了这些突变体在DNA水平上发生的变异。
In this study, the high fescue Aire 3 as the material, with 60Co-r ray irradiation of dry seeds and seedlings, to study the appropriate mutagenic dose and trait variation. The results showed that the emergence rate and plant survival rate decreased with the increase of irradiation dose, the suitable mutagenizing dose of dry seeds was 100-150Gy, and the suitable mutagenic dose of differentiation seedlings was 20-25Gy. ) Had obvious variation, the frequency of variation was 1.52% ~ 8.33% and 1.52% ~ 1.85%, respectively. The 60Co-r radiation could obtain tall sheep with smaller, thinner and drought-resistant Maize mutants; RAPD (Random PCR Amplification) analysis shows the variation of these mutants at the DNA level.
