芬兰底波利终身教育学院的继续工程教育基本上代表了芬兰的继续工程教育现状,其特色主要体现在以下几个方面。一、学员和师资来源该学院是一所社会性的学校,所以其学员有来自工厂企业,有来自科研院所,也有来自各院校的在校学生。其教师主要来源于赫尔辛基工学院,同时,也可以从其他高等院校、科研院所、工厂企业以及政府部门聘请。二、教材来源教材的主要形式是讲义,而且,讲义内容是粗线条的。企业委托办的培训班,其主要教材由委托单位提供。而学院自己办的培训班,其教材则是尽量选用已有的教材。三、讲课形式在芬兰,授课方式主要是讲课、提问、讨论相结合的形式。课堂气氛较活跃、较轻松,学员参与程度较高,基本上没有“满堂灌”的现象。另一种授课方式就是将学生分成若干个小组,教师预先告知学生下次
Continuing Engineering Education at the Lifelong Education Institute in Appenzell, Finland, basically represents the status of continuing engineering education in Finland. Its characteristics are mainly reflected in the following aspects. I. Sources of Trainees and Teachers The college is a social school, so its trainees come from factories and enterprises, from research institutes and students from various institutions. Its teachers come mainly from Helsinki Institute of Technology, but also from other institutions of higher learning, research institutes, factories and enterprises and government departments.
