政党文化作为政党的生命和标志,在组织建设、政党结构与制度、政党生存发展等方面起到了重要的作用,在政党实现奋斗目标凝聚国民力量等方面具有重要作用。我国的参政党文化,对民主政治建设的发展、丰富与完善做出了突出贡献。本篇论文主要就参政党文化建设的重要性进行论述,又详细介绍了参政党文化建设体系的核心,就新时期参政党政党文化建设与我国政治建设之间的关系,如何建设新时期政党文化,最终保证在社会主义民主建设中,能有效的发挥出党派优势。
