随着原油劣质化趋势和大部分油田进入高含水开采阶段,传统三相分离手段存在分离级数和设备多、油水分离效率低、电脱水运行不稳定等问题。针对此现状研究开发了静电聚结原油脱水技术并进行现场应用。该技术适用于高含水原油,采用复合电极、气液分离和油水分离分开进行的结构设计,应用连续可调的电压控制技术和各种安全保障技术,研制出新型静电聚结原油脱水设备。现场应用结果表明,静电聚结原油脱水技术对高含水原油有很好的脱水效果,对进口含水量超过80%的原料,一级脱后含水小于2%,最低可达到0.7%,有效提高了油水分离效率,并且当含水量在80%~98%时亦可适用,将其应用于陆上或海上油田采出液脱水,可减少设备级数和占地面积、节省设备投资、提高分离效率,有较好的应用前景。
