元胞自动机法是一种模拟金属凝固过程微观组织的有效方法,是目前的研究热点,具有广阔的应用前景。对比了元胞自动机法与通常所用相场法的区别,综述了近年来用元胞自动机法模拟合金凝固微观组织的国内外研究现状,分析了当前急待解决的主要问题,并指出了今后的发展方向。
Cellular automata method is an effective method to simulate the microstructure of metal during solidification. It is a hot research topic nowadays and has broad application prospects. The difference between the cellular automata method and the commonly used phase-evaporating method is compared. The current research status of the solidification microstructure of the alloy by cellular automaton method is reviewed in recent years. The main problems to be solved urgently are analyzed. The future direction of development.
