郑州至民权高速公路开封境(一期工程)路段内有四道箱涵,位于软土地基路段,其土层状态基本是表层1-2m厚硬塑层,下至少3m厚黑软泥,再下为硬塑黄砂层,拟定采用粉喷桩处理软土地基,即以水泥作为固化剂,利用深层搅拌机械将水泥与原位软土进行强制搅拌、压缩,并吸收周围水分,经过一系列物理化学作用生成一种特殊的具有较高强度、较好变形特征和水稳性的混合柱状体,它对提高软土地基承载能力、减少地基的沉降量及保证桥头高填土路基稳定性具有明显的效果。经过实际采用,既为其他工作面的开通节约了宝贵的工程时间,又大幅度的提高了地基的承载力,取得了非常良好的效果。下面结合本工程实际施工对粉喷桩处理公路软土地基进行探讨。
