银川市军干所是政府安置服务管理军队离退休干部的专设机构。银川市军干所党总支设6个支部,共计党员180名,少数民族党员11名；其中军休干部支部5个,党员168名；机关支部1个,党员12名。近几年来,银川市军干所党总支的各项工作,做到突出重点,夯实基础,全面部署,扎实推进,明确任务,从严要求,从自身的特点和实际出发,认真履行党章规定的职责,切实改进和加强对党员的教育、管理和监督,为党的基本路线方针政策在基层的顺利贯彻执行,提供了强有力的素质保证。
