以尿素、乙醇胺为原料,研究了脱氢氧化法合成草甘膦新工艺.试验结果表明,在高压釜内,加入脱氢原料0.10mol,HO-05催化剂8.0g,初始氮气压力0.20MPa,反应温度200℃,反应时间6.5h,脱氢氧化合成草甘膦的转化率70%以上.
