目的：分析比较腹腔镜手术与开腹手术切除胃间质瘤的安全性与有效性。方法我院选取了2005年6月~2015年6月的40例行胃间质瘤切除术的患者，按照随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组，两组各20例，对照组患者行开腹手术，观察组患者行腹腔镜手术，对两组患者的临床及病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果观察组患者的手术时间及术中失血量均低于对照组(﹤0.05)；观察组患者的术后排气时间与住院天数均低于对照组(﹤0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗的安全性与有效性明显高于开腹手术切除术，其临床疗效显著，预后良好。“,”Objective To compare laparoscopic surgery and open surgery to remove the safety and efficacy of gastric stromal tumor.Methods Our hospital from June 2005 to June 2015 in 40 patients with routine gastric stromal tumor resection,in accordance with the method of random Numbers will be divided into control group and observation group,two groups of the 20 cases,control group patients with open operation,observation group of patients with laparoscopic surgery,the clinical and medical records of two groups of patients were retrospectively analysed.Results The observation group of patients with operative time and intraoperative blood loss is lower than the control group ( <0.05);Observation group of patients with postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization days were lower than control group ( <0.05).Conclusion Safety and efficacy of laparoscopic surgery treatment was obviously higher than that of open operation resection,the clinical curative effect is distinct,the prognosis is good.
