1999年我市锡山区发生1起投毒事件,4人误服丙烯酰胺(acrylamine CH_2=CHCONH_2)导致中毒,现报告如下。1 一般情况 4例中男性3例,女性1例,年龄35～46岁,4人在1999年4月9日和5月6、7日3次误食了含有丙烯酰胺的酒、米饭、井水。不久就出现了中毒症状。事后,经调查换算,每人误食丙烯酰胺约3～10g,4例病人均出现头昏、头痛、呕吐、眼花、下肢无力等症状。3例男性食用量较少,症状较轻,未做进一步检查,在当地医院经一般治疗后,逐步好转。1例女性患者送上级医院做进一步检查治疗。
In 1999, 1 poisoning occurred in Xishan District of our city and 4 people were poisoned by acrylamine CH_2 = CHCONH_2. The report is as follows. 1 General 4 cases of males in 3 cases, 1 female, aged 35 to 46 years old, 4 people on April 9, 1999 and May 6, 7 three times in the eating of acrylamide containing alcohol, rice, well water. Symptoms of poisoning soon appeared. Afterwards, the investigation conversion, each person eating about acrylamide acrylamide 3 ~ 10g, 4 patients were dizziness, headache, vomiting, vertigo, weakness and other symptoms. Three men with less food, mild symptoms, without further examination, in the local hospital after the general treatment, and gradually improved. One case of female patients sent to the superior hospital for further examination and treatment.
