目的研究手机辐射对成年男性离体精子活力、活率等指标的影响。方法在门诊生育查体人群中随机选择60例精液常规正常的男性精液标本为研究对象。每份标本均分为2份,分别入组实验组和对照组。从精子活力、活率及计算机辅助精子分析(CASA)运动参数比较两组结果的差异。结果实验组的前向运动精子比例、总活动率及存活率均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的精子平均曲线速率(VCL)、平均直线速率(VSL)、平均路径速率(VAP)均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),运动的直线性(LIN)、运动的前向性(STR)、运动的摆动性(WOB)差异有显著性(P<0.01),而精子头侧摆幅度(ALH)和鞭打频率(BCF)组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论手机辐射可致前向运动精子百分率、总活动率、精子活率降低,且精子运动的速率、运动位移程度和运动方式均受到影响。
Objective To study the effect of cell phone radiation on the indexes of sperm motility and viability in adult male. Methods Sixty male semen samples with normal semen routinely selected from outpatient fertility examination population were selected as the research object. Each specimen was divided into two groups, respectively, into the experimental group and control group. The differences between the two groups were compared from sperm motility, viability and computer assisted sperm analysis (CASA) exercise parameters. Results The proportion of motile sperm, total activity and survival rate in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05). The mean sperm velocity (VCL), mean linear velocity (VSL) ) And mean path velocity (VAP) of the control group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.01). There were significant differences in motor linearity (LIN), exercise forward (STR) and exercise swing (WOB) <0.01). There was no significant difference between sperm head swing amplitude (ALH) and whiplash frequency (BCF) (P> 0.05). Conclusion Mobile phone radiation can cause the percentage of motile sperm, total activity and sperm motility of forward movement to decrease, and the rate of sperm motility, degree of motility and movement are affected.
