目的 探讨爆胎与高速公路交通事故的相关性。 方法 对 1998 -2000年 3年间广州 深圳高速公路(以下简称广深高速公路)爆胎交通事故进行回顾性分析。 结果 1998-2000年 3年间广深高速公路共发生交通事故 2 484起,其中 848起交通事故出现爆胎,发生率为34. 14% (848 /2 484)。时间因素以 10: 00~16: 00为高发段,占 55. 54% (471 /848),其中 14: 00最高,占 9. 67% (82 /848);每年 4~9月份为高发期,占 56. 84% (482 /848)。爆胎部位以单个右后胎高发,共 398起,占 46. 93% (398 /848);左后胎次之,共 295起,占 34. 79% (295 /848)。848起爆胎事故中,死亡 12例,受伤 200例,占同期 2 484起事故总伤亡人数的 22. 55% (212 /940)。其中颅脑损伤 58例,胸部损伤 32例,腹部损伤 7例,脊柱损伤 25例,骨盆损伤 4例,四肢损伤 52例,全身软组织挫伤 127例;多发伤 106例。 结论 爆胎是南方高速公路交通事故的重要因素,防止超速驾驶、加强轮胎质检和规范化管理是减少高速公路交通事故的有效措施。
Objective To explore the correlation between flat tire and traffic accident on expressway. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of traffic accidents on the Shenzhen Expressway in Guangzhou (hereinafter referred to as Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway) during a three-year period from 1998 to 2000. Results A total of 2 484 accidents occurred on Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway between 1998 and 2000, including 848 traffic accidents with a puncture rate of 34.14% (848/2484). The time factor is the high incidence segment from 10:00 to 16:00, accounting for 55.54% (471/848), of which the highest is 14:00, accounting for 9. 67% (82/848); the high incidence period is from April to September each year. , Accounting for 56. 84% (482/848). A total of 398 cases were found at the site of a puncture defect, accounting for 46.93% (398/848) of the total number of puncture sites. 295 cases were left behind, accounting for 34.79% (295/848). In the 848 incidents of blasts, 12 were fatal and 200 were injured, accounting for 22.55% (212/940) of the total number of casualties from 2 484 accidents during the same period. There were 58 cases of traumatic brain injury, 32 cases of chest injury, 7 cases of abdomen injury, 25 cases of spinal injury, 4 cases of pelvic injury, 52 cases of limbs injury, 127 cases of systemic soft tissue contusion and 106 cases of multiple injuries. Conclusion The flat tire is an important factor in the traffic accidents on the southern expressway. It is an effective measure to reduce speeding accidents, strengthen tire quality inspection and standardize management to reduce traffic accidents on expressways.
