用系统科学的思想,设立了不同层次的健身目标并论述了各目标的联系,形成了科学的健身目标系统。对形成人们整体的健身思想和规范人们在健身括动中的行为都具有一定的指导意义。
With the idea of system science, we set up the fitness goals at different levels and discuss the connection of the goals, forming a scientific fitness goal system. It is of guiding significance to form people’s whole body fitness thought and to standardize the people’s behavior in keeping fit.
