随着某型号空空导弹批产的进行,原有装配车间生产模式由科研状态下的小批量生产方式转向批产后大批量的生产模式,生产模式的转变势必对装配车间生产线的均衡化生产提出更高的要求,如何适应研究院的发展,提高生产线的整体效率,减少工序间的在制品,以及追求同步化生产越来越受到重视。这里通过对装配生产线平衡的研究,结合自身部门产品的特点,对现有生产进行了探讨,说明了现有工业工程技术在生产线平衡改善中的作用。首先叙述了生产线平衡理论、评价方式,及影响线平衡的要素,同时根据工业工程基础理论定义了改善生产线平衡的方式。对于所讨论的某型号空空导弹火工品换装生产流程,针对其平衡率不高的问题,通过分析现状。然后根据生产线平衡的步骤及方法,按照工序节拍均衡的原则,使各工序节拍趋于一致,且将各工序生产准备方式标准化,提出了问题的解决方向。
