介绍了一种数字同步检波LVDT的设计方案。该方案采用单片机控制的方波信号驱动初级线圈,并采用模拟开关作为检波元件,采用单片机的同步脉冲作为模拟开关的控制信号,实现了同步检波的功能。对该设计方案与传统检波方案进行了理论和实测对比分析,表明该方案有助于提高LVDT的线性度和温度性能。
A design scheme of digital synchronous detection LVDT is introduced. The program uses a single-chip control of the square wave signal to drive the primary coil, and the use of analog switches as the detection components, using single-chip synchronous pulse as the analog switch control signal to achieve the function of synchronous detection. The theoretical and experimental results of this design and the traditional detection scheme are compared and analyzed. The results show that this scheme can improve the linearity and temperature performance of LVDT.
