控压钻井试验检测是一项综合控制技术,对开发和研制控压钻井系统至关重要,国内外均没有用于成套控压钻井技术与装备实验和测试的井下工况模拟方法和装置[1]。为此,自主研制了一套全尺寸的控压钻井试验检测装置系统。介绍了该系统的装置组成、工艺特征和技术参数,分析了该系统的测控软件开发、工艺过程的模拟、评价方法及模型建立和系统单元测试与整体联调等关键技术。现场应用结果表明:该系统安全可靠,运行1 000余次无故障,测试过程与现场工程实际能较好吻合,能综合模拟正常钻进、开泵、停泵、起下钻、井漏、井涌等不同井下工况情况,为国内研制、开发和出厂检测控压钻井系统提供了一种快速检测平台,保证了控压钻井装备的安全、可靠运行。
Controlled-pressure drilling test is a comprehensive control technology, which is very important for the development and development of pressure-controlled drilling system. There are no methods and devices for downhole conditions simulation and testing in the complete set of pilot-controlled drilling technology and equipment [1 ]. To this end, independently developed a full-scale pilot drilling pressure control testing system. The device composition, process characteristics and technical parameters of the system are introduced. The development of the measurement and control software, the simulation of the process, the evaluation method and the key technologies of model establishment, system unit test and overall joint adjustment are analyzed. The results of field application show that the system is safe and reliable, and runs more than 1,000 times without fault. The test process is in good agreement with the actual field project, and can comprehensively simulate the normal drilling, pump-opening, pump-stopping, Chung and other conditions under the well conditions for the domestic R & D, development and factory inspection pressure-controlled drilling system provides a rapid test platform to ensure that the pressure-controlled drilling equipment, safe and reliable operation.
