为促进母乳喂养，提高４个月纯母乳喂养率，对朝阳区和平街地区４个月新生儿纯母乳喂养情况进行调查，结果发现纯母乳喂养率１９９０年为１００２％；１９９３年为４３５２％，２ａ相比有明显差异（Ｐ＜００１）。认为建立健全适合促进母乳喂养的组织，在医院和辖区内形成有效的母乳喂养支持系统，把促进母乳喂养与围产保健、小儿生长发育监测、优生优育系列化管理紧密结合，取得了初步成效
In order to promote breastfeeding and increase the rate of exclusive breastfeeding for 4 months, the investigation of exclusive breastfeeding of 4-month neonates in Heping District of Chaoyang District showed that the rate of exclusive breastfeeding was 10 02% in 1990 and 43 in 1993 52%, 2a significant difference (P <0 01). It believes that organizations that are fit for promoting breastfeeding should be established to form an effective breastfeeding support system in hospitals and jurisdictions and have closely linked the promotion of breastfeeding with perinatal health care, monitoring of children’s growth and development and series management of prenatal and postnatal care, and achieved initial success
