针对上海某大型办公建筑实际使用现状,对其室内CO2浓度进行了全年不间断的监测。通过数据分析,发现在夏季新风机短时运行配合外窗全天无规律开启的混合型新风模式下,工作日室内CO2浓度的累积效应强于自然渗风的消散作用,从而导致空气品质不良。最终总结出新风机运行的改进方案,为办公建筑合理控制室内空气品质,制定节能通风策略提供了参考。
Aiming at the actual use status of a large office building in Shanghai, the indoor CO2 concentration was monitored uninterrupted throughout the year. Through data analysis, it was found that the cumulative effect of CO2 concentration in working day was stronger than that of natural seepage in the mixed fresh air mode with short-time operation of fresh air fan in summer and opening of windows with no heat throughout the day, leading to poor air quality. Finally, it concludes the improvement scheme of new fan operation, which provides a reference for the office building to control the indoor air quality reasonably and formulate the strategy of energy saving and ventilation.
