采用螺旋溜槽粗选丢尾,SQC湿式强磁选-摇床富集获粗精矿;粗精矿浮选脱硫后再以摇床精选获得最终白钨精矿,即重-磁-浮-重的流程是综合回收永平铜矿铜硫浮选尾矿中白钨的较合理工艺。该工艺扩大试验指标为:白钨精矿含WO366.83%,回收率17.44%,产品质量符合GB-2825-81一级Ⅰ类标准。工艺技术可行,操作控制简便,分选指标稳定,扩大试验所获技术参数和指标可作为该矿尾矿综合回收白钨系统的建设设计依据
