本文从光谱学角度总结一些常用红外高辐射材料的辐射光谱特性,并探讨其辐射机制。认为,由于剩余反射带对辐射的阻抑作用,以及极性振动的非谐效应,这些材料强辐射带并非对应于基本振动的强吸收带,而对应于中等吸收强度的二声子组合吸收带(有的还包括三、四等多声子组合吸收带)。指出了强辐射带的自由载流子和杂质效应。提出了探索高温辐射材料的初步设想。
This article summarizes the spectral characteristics of some commonly used infrared radiation materials from the perspective of spectroscopy and discusses the radiation mechanism. It is considered that due to the repulsive effect of the remaining reflection bands on the radiation and the anharmonic effect of the polar vibration, the strong radiation bands of these materials do not correspond to the strong absorption bands of the fundamental vibration, and the two phonon absorption bands corresponding to the medium absorption intensity (Some also include three, four and other multi-phonon combination absorption band). The effects of free carriers and impurities in strong radiation bands are pointed out. Proposed to explore the initial idea of high temperature radiation materials.
