战略传播是指政府或组织为实现特定战略利益,动员协调各种资源,向特定目标受众传递信息、实施影响的过程。从国内研究现状来看,理论研究较多,应用研究尚显不足,从应用层面,面向某个国家或地区的战略传播研究是当前急需填补的研究空白。
Strategic communication refers to the government or organization in order to achieve specific strategic interests, mobilize and coordinate all kinds of resources, to a specific target audience to transmit information, the impact of the implementation process. Judging from the current situation in China, there are many theoretical researches and application studies. However, the research on strategic communications for a country or region is a blank that needs to be filled urgently.
