工程建设由计划经济向市场经济体制转换的过程中,面临着新的问题。工程经济纠纷逐年增多,表面看虽然属工程价款的结算问题,但起因是由诸多方面的原因所致,对工程造价和工程进展的影响都是很大的。最近接触到一起××公路改建的经济纠纷,工程未结束,×承包商与业主就因工程造价问题引起了纠纷。虽经法院调解,但一直未达成协议,扯皮达半年之久,始终未彻底解决,给工程质量进度和双方经济都带来了不应有的损失。本文就有关问题谈谈粗浅看法。 In the process of transformation of the project construction from the planned economy to the market economy, new problems are faced.
