目的了解全旗饮水型地方性氟中毒病区水氟分布和改水降氟工程现状。方法对全旗未改水氟病区和改水降氟工程进行水氟监测和工程运转情况调查。水氟测定用氟离子选择电极法。结果调查未改水氟病区自然村200个,水氟含量≤1.0mg/L的自然村11个,占调查自然村的5.5%,≥1.1mg/L的村为152个,≥2.0mg/L的村为37个;调查已改水病区自然村为23个,改水符合国家饮水氟卫生标准的有14个村,因工程损坏不能正常使用的有9个村。结论全旗水氟超标仍较严重,应尽快落实防治措施和加强改水降氟工程的监测和管理力度。
Objective To understand the status quo of water fluoride distribution and water improvement and fluoride reduction in the endemic fluorosis area of Quanqi drinking water. Methods The investigation on water fluoride monitoring and engineering operation of the whole county without changing water and fluoride area and water and fluoride reduction project was conducted.
